About the society -

The Vacuum Society of Australia (VSA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of vacuum science relating to vacuum technology, materials, surfaces, interfaces, thin films and plasmas and to providing a variety of educational opportunities. It is a cognate society of the Australian Institute of Physics (AIP), a member of the Federation of Australian Scientific and Technological Studies (FASTS) and acts as Australia's representative to the International Union of Vacuum Science, Techniques and Applications (IUVSTA) |
